J-HORIZONS TRAVEL – CORPORATE BOOKING SYSTEM (CBS) TERMS & CONDITIONS
THIS SYSTEM SERVES AS FLIGHT SEARCH AND RESERVATION ONLY!

  1. USER NAME, PASSWORD AND SECURITY CODE
    1. The above will be created by J-HORIZONS TRAVEL (M) SDN BHD
    2. One user name belongs to one person. J-HORIZONS TRAVEL (M) SDN BHD will issue one user account to one authorised person only.
    3. Advise to change password. User name, password and security code are to be kept private and confidential.
    4. J-HORIZONS TRAVEL (M) SDN BHD have the right to cancel usernames / password without assigning any reason.
    5. Company has to notify us in writing of any amendment to staff list.
  2. COMPANY PROFILE AND USER PROFILE
    1. The company have to provide customer profile to J-HORIZONS TRAVEL (M) SDN BHD. All information provided by the user company must be accurate.
    2. J-HORIZONS TRAVEL (M) SDN BHD will key in all customer’s data for user.
    3. User to verify the keyed in data and key in information.
    4. Any changes or amendment of company and user profile, please contact J-HORIZONS TRAVEL (M) SDN BHD immediately.
    5. Company and user profile will be treated with strictest confidential by user company and J-HORIZONS TRAVEL (M) SDN BHD.
  3. FLIGHT SEARCH & RESERVATION
    1. System will prompt user with the lowest fare.
    2. Lower fare tickets may not have refund value and airlines may not allow any amendment to the tickets after issuance.
    3. Duplicate reservation by user may incur auto cancel / or penalty imposed by airlines.
    4. Individual airline Fare Rules will apply. Ticket issued may not be endorseable, re-routable or refundable based on the booking class.
    5. A minimum of 3 days is required for any bookings in the CBS system to be made.
    6. For any reservation made on Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays or after officer hour, J-HORIZONS TRAVEL (M) SDN BHD can only follow up the user reservation on the next working day.
    7. Administrative charges RM200.00 will be levied for any emergency cases happen during Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays or after officer hours.
  4. AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
    1. All amendments are on request basis and subject to approval by the respective airlines.
    2. Users will not be allowed to do any amendment or cancellation in the CBS system. Please contact J-HORIZONS TRAVEL (M) SDN BHD for any changes required.

    4. Ticketing deadline will be advised via e-mail by J-HORIZONS TRAVEL (M) SDN BHD during office hours.
  5. FARES REGULATIONS
    1. Fares are not guaranteed until tickets are issued and subject to airlines confirmation.
    2. Fares are subject to changes by the respective airlines without notice.
  6. TICKET ISSUANCE
    1. J-HORIZONS TRAVEL (M) SDN BHD will only issue tickets with user written confirmation.
  7. VISA
    1. International passport validity must be minimum of 6 months when returning to your homeland (departure point) and ensure all necessary visa or any travel documents are in order. J-HORIZONS TRAVEL (M) SDN BHD will not be held responsible if u passengers refused boarding and / or entry.
  8. PAYMENT
    1. CORPORATE
      1. Credit term : 30days
      2. Credit facilities are not transferable to other companies, related companies or associated companies of approved company.
      3. The Company assumes full liability for any reservation made by the authorised personnel authorised with the password to make reservation of travel arrangement irrespective of whether the reservation is made for the Company’s official traveling purpose and/or for any third party such as Company’s guest or staff.
      4. All charges incurred by the Company shall be paid within the credit term except for purchase made for hotel reservation, tour arrangement and bookings of bulk tickets which shall be paid immediately on demand by J-HORIZONS TRAVEL (M) SDN BHD.
      5. The existence of a dispute between the company and the supplier being an airlines, hotelier, tour operator and/or another travel agent including act of God shall not entitle the company to withhold payment of this account or any part thereof to J-HORIZONS TRAVEL (M) SDN BHD.
      6. J-HORIZONS TRAVEL (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to levy a late payment charges of 1.5% per month on the overdue account until the overdue account is fully settled. Overdue account includes the above stated late payment charges and other sums owed in respect of the account.
      7. The credit facilities shall be reviewed from time to time and J-HORIZONS TRAVEL (M) SDN BHD reserves the right to withdrew or suspend the credit facilities at any time, without having to assign any reason whatsoever. In the event the credit facilities are withdrawn, the outstanding balance payable shall become immediately due payable.
      8. The Company shall be liable for all legal fees/costs and other expenses incurred by J-Horizons Travel (M) Sdn Bhd in the recovery of outstanding balance and agreed to indemnify J-Horizons Travel (M) Sdn Bhd in respect of the same.
    2. CORPORATE WITHOUT CREDIT
      Corporate without credit term are strongly advise to apply for credit facility. The following applies for corporate without credit facility:

      1. 100% payment is required upon issuance of travel documents.
      2. Payment via cash or company cheque at our ticketing office. If payment by cheque J-HORIZONS TRAVEL (M) SDN BHD will only release the ticket upon cheque clearance.
      3. Payment via credit card. Please note that there is an administrative fee for all credit card transactions. Please download the credit authorization form. Fax or e-mail us the completed form together with the photocopy of the front and back of your credit card. We may request for additional documentation for further verification.
      4. Payment via telegraphic transfer. The following banking details for your remittance to us:

  9. OTHERS
    1. J-HORIZONS TRAVEL (M) SDN BHD will not be responsible if passenger deny boarding / entering by any authorities beyond our control.
    2. J-HORIZONS TRAVEL (M) SDN BHD will not held responsible for any passengers who are deny boarding / entering by the airport authorities due to reason not known to us before or after issuance of tickets.
    3. J-HORIZONS TRAVEL (M) SDN BHD reserve the rights to make amendment on Rules & Regulations without any notice.
